Audio Edition 0.6 is an audio transcoding tool which is based on MediaCoder. All the Audio codecs are integrated into a single software. The software supports most of the audio formats and can convert audio streams in video files. It can also convert the audio files of DVD/VCD as well as CD formats. Network streaming audio can be directly converted using Media Coder. Another feature is the on-the-fly transcoding along with its audio streaming capabilities.
The software supports CUE sheet as well as M3U playlist. It is available in a native 64-bit version as well. The program enables audio conversion between broad ranges of formats. The codec featured includes LAME MP3 3.98, OggEnc v2.84, Nero AAC Encoder 1.3, FAAC 1.26.1, Enhanced 3GGP AAC+ Encoder, Helix MP3 Encoder v5.1, MusePack SV8 Encoder 1.27.0, Speex Encoder 1.2beta1, FFmpeg SVN-trunk, WavPack Encoder 4.41.0, FLAC Encoder/Decoder 1.2.0, Monkey's Audio Codec 4.0, TTA Encoder 3.4.1, OptimFrog Encoder v4.6 and MPEG-4 Lossless Encoder .
